Today I listened
To the sound
Of Heaven and Earth
Trying to expound
All the things I left behind
In the middle, centre mind.
Not so nice
Not so dear
But surely held in the fear
Someone else find me out
Or those of us
Would hear about.
Yes, I know I shouldn’t call
Then today I heard the sound
Of Heaven and Earth
trying to expound
Hell on Earth
And bring it down.
