Rancour hiding deep inside
Struggling, struggling to let it out
Outside away from me
And my distance memory.

Laughter’s good coming up
Throwing out all it can
Including rancour hiding
There inside.

Rejoice because rancour deep inside
Replaced by laughter’s bringing
Joy and happiness
Dwelling too, there inside.
