Mighty, grand Sheena has died
Her soft and gentle heart beats
No more
Paws dancing in anticipation
No more
Excited bark calling out
No more.
Treasured years all gone
Emptiness and heartbreak
Agonizing in the night
Mighty, grand Sheena has died.
Remember the happy times
The cottage days enraptured in joy
Always there gentle and strong
Soft, kind eyes
Determination and dignity
So much she gave
Asking only love
Nothing will ever be the same
Because mighty, grand Sheena has died.
Journey on to those already gone
Join them there
Laugh, bark and play
No more aches or pains
And then some day
We will be there
With you once again.
To a great, grand lady
Sheena
We bid our sad goodbye.
