Feel Myself Spiralling Down

Feel myself spiralling down
Feel the sadness all around.

Morose behaviour I have found
Doesn’t let me feel a better way
Just seems I am bound
To trudge alone, spiralling down.

But maybe

Come to terms with who I am
No more sacrifice
Know the person that I know
I know I am.

“Come to terms with who I am” – this particular line is one I strugle with at this stage in my life.

  Yes. Accepting me, embracing me a is hard for me also at this stage. Before, always had tomorrow to worry about such things.
